Who This Is For

Built for People Starting or Formalizing a Business

If any of these sound familiar, this service was built for your situation.

You are starting a new business

You want it set up correctly from the beginning, not fixed later.

You are a sole proprietor

You want the liability protection and tax options a formal entity provides.

You are unsure LLC or S-Corp

You want it done once, correctly

You would rather get it right the first time than untangle it later.

How Jason Helps

The Right Structure From Day One

You get a licensed professional who matches the entity to your goals and sets it up properly.

The right entity

We match the structure, LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp, to your income, goals, and risk.

Formation and EIN handled

We form the entity with the state and register your EIN, so the foundation is solid.

S-Corp election when it fits

If the numbers support it, we file the election and set up the structure to back it.

Flat fee, quoted upfront

One fixed price for our work after a free consultation. State filing fees are separate and set by the state.

Clarifications

Business Formation Questions, Answered

Should I be an LLC or an S-Corp?
They are not the same kind of thing. An LLC is a legal entity, while an S-Corp is a tax election that an LLC or corporation can make. Many owners form an LLC and elect S-Corp tax treatment once profit supports it. We run your numbers and recommend the fit.
Can you get my EIN and file the paperwork?
Yes. We handle the state formation, register your EIN, and file any elections, so the whole setup is done in one place.
When does an S-Corp election make sense?
Generally once your business profit is high enough that the tax savings outweigh the added payroll and admin cost. See our Self-Employed and S-Corp Optimization service, where we model it.
Do I need an operating agreement?
It is strongly recommended, especially with partners, because it sets ownership, roles, and how decisions are made. We guide you through it.
Can you set up my books too?
Yes. We configure your chart of accounts and bookkeeping at formation so you start clean and stay tax-ready.
How much does formation cost?
Our work is one flat fee, quoted after a free consultation. State filing fees are separate, set by your state, and never marked up.
